Honouring Your Multiplicity


Parts work is an integrative form of psychotherapy that explores the different "parts" or aspects of an individual's personality. It is believed that each person has various sub-personalities or "parts" within them, each with their own unique thoughts, feelings, and motivations.

In our sessions, you get to know these different parts of yourself, welcoming all aspects in a non-judgmental way. This involves acknowledging and understanding the roles and purposes of these parts and fostering loving communication and practices that creates more compassion and understanding among them.

Parts work can be particularly effective for addressing inner conflicts of feeling like it is difficult to be your “self,” a sense of unworthiness, or other aspects of what can be called, mental health challenges. Together, we can explore the difficult thoughts, emotions, and self-sabotaging behaviours that feel like they are getting in the way of your life.
